When Ronnie joined the Royal Marine Commandos he was the youngest Commando in the British forces. Drafted to 45 Commando, he specialised in mountain and arctic warfare. After the Falklands War Ronnie was part of a small unarmed combat Commando Display team representing the Royal Marine Commandos.

A career as a specialised stunt performer followed, working on movies with actors such as Denzil Washington, Robert Downey and Mel Gibson.

During the Croatia Bosnia and Kosovo conflicts Ronnie worked as a freelance combat cameraman and producer for Thames TV and Sky News. Further to this career he was engaged as a board level consultant advising organisations such as Vickers, Rolls Royce and Warner Brothers on corporate security strategy.

As Chief of Security for the Iraqi Government head offices in Baghdad during the Iraq Transitional Government (ITG), Ronnie was privileged to witness and be part of the changing face of Iraq, serving alongside two Prime Ministers. In Afghanistan Ronnie worked for the US Government in the US Embassy, Kabul. From there he was an Advisor and Consultant to Prince Ali Seraj, a high-profile member of the Afghan Royal Family.
Latterly working on the shipping lines traversing the Piracy regions of the world and predominately Somalia, Ronnie advised captains on precautions and anti-attack actions, honing his skills in hazardous scenarios.

At STIC, Ronnie is responsible for the overall vision and direction of the company and evaluating relevant new technologies for office environment pandemic-proofing. Ronnie’s skills studying the human architecture of a business and designing exacting protocols enables a client’s business to return safely to a ‘new normal’ in their place of work.
